KYC Process

In order to activate your account we need to complete the FCC mandated KYC process. If you have questions, reach out to us at support@a1routes.com.

Required documents

Please submit the following documents.

Send the completed documents to support@a1routes.com.

Personal Identity
Passport or government-issued ID copy.
Business Identity
Company incorporation certificate.
Business Tax / Registration
GST certificate, where applicable.
Address Verification
Copy of latest utility bill showing address.

Letter of Intent

Download the LOI and send it with your documents.

The old standalone KYC form is no longer required on this page. Please use the LOI download and email the requested identity, business, and address documents to support.
